Hipsterra - The Cotswolds Spritz
How to serve
We follow a simple 3-2-1 rule:
- 3 parts English Sparkling.
- 2 parts Hipsterra
- 1 Part Tonic (We recommend Fever Tree).
Begin by filling your preferred spritz glass with ice. Pour in 75ml of crisp English sparkling, followed by 50ml of Hipsterra and a final 25ml of tonic. Give it a gentle stir, then sip slowly and savour our signature classic in all it's British brilliance.
