It began in the Cotswolds - There, we discovered the untamed, vibrant flavour of the rose hip: sharp yet delicate, earthy yet elegant - a hidden gem of the English countryside waiting to be reimagined. 

When we first transformed those wild rose hips into a liqueur, we knew we had created something remarkable. Bright, refreshing, and unmistakably original. This was something different: a drink born of nature, refined by craft, and made to be shared. 

Hipsterra was created to take that taste of the Cotswolds, from the hedgerows to the world’s most discerning bars and members’ clubs. Every bottle captures a little of that countryside magic, re-crafted for the rhythm of modern life.
